That’s why your scheduled Home Watch inspections are personally performed by Blair or Carl—not passed from one unfamiliar person to another.

Storm Preparation & Post-Storm Checks
Coastal weather can change quickly, and being away from your property when a storm approaches can be stressful. 757 Home Watch can provide additional assistance before and after significant weather events, helping you prepare your property and stay informed when you can’t be there.
Depending on your property and the services requested, pre-storm assistance may include securing outdoor furniture and other loose items, preparing shutters or window protection when applicable, securing grills and exterior items, and completing other agreed-upon preparations. After the storm, we can perform a visual property check and provide photos and documentation of visible conditions when it is safe to access the property.
